From the Principal

Dear Springfield Families & Friends,
We have now turned one of the final pages of the 25/26 school year. Third trimester welcomes the art program and Mrs. Mulligan and Mrs. Griffin back to Springfield School! We are quite excited to see what works of art our students create over the next few months and we look forward to sharing these with families as well at the May art fair.
Students in grades 2-5 are continuing on with our Collective Community sessions every other week, where we discuss current events of Springfield School, celebrate student success, hone in on areas of focus, and set goals to continue to drive our learning.
As the warmer months approach and we come out of the deep freeze, students will be returning to outdoor recess more regularly. Please be sure students are sent with long sleeves/coats while we navigate the madness of March and April weather.
As always, thank you for your continued support of the students and staff of Springfield School. We appreciate the understanding, patience, and flexibility that our school community displayed during the construction process!
Best wishes for a comfortable and relaxing winter season... GO CHARGERS!
Colin Nolan, Principal (708) 388-4121, Ext. 5110
